ACCOMODATIONS at Moss Hill Orcas Island
Central to the Moss Hill experience is finding yourself surrounded by natural beauty - ever changing colors of sea and sky - including amazing sunsets. Even indoors in inclement weather, the living room with its 32 foot wide windows, makes you feel like you're outdoors. While the natural beauty of the surroundings are the focus, the roomy house is a comfortable indoor space for rest, recreation and small group gatherings.
Enjoy the same sweeping view in the dining area which seats 6-8 comfortably. An additional table can be set up for larger groups or you can enjoy a meal at one of the the outdoor picnic tables with water views.
Just sixty feet from the water's edge,.the living room features a 180-degree southwest-facing view of Westsound Bay and seven surrounding islands. Take off your shoes, enjoy the soft cork flooring or put your feet up in front of a fire in the large fireplace.
The large, fully-equipped, spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or just warm up some soup. A well-stocked grocery store and deli (along with a range of eating establishments) is just a ten minute walk away.
Of the four bedrooms, two have queen beds,one has a full-size bed, and one has a twin bed. In addition there is a daybed and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. Extra inflatable and foam mattresses are available as well for use in the large living room. The house is licensed for up to 12 guests. Two bathrooms are available. Linens are included. Washer and Dryer are provided.
